At Hair4All, we strive to ensure utmost customer satisfaction with every purchase. To ensure a seamless experience for our valued customers, we have developed the following comprehensive Returns and Exchange Policy:

  1. Return Policy

Human Hair Extensions or Hair Systems/Patches are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and therefore do not allow any open, worn, or tampered with merchandise to be returned for the safety of all our customers. We kindly request you to carefully consider your purchase before opening the package to ensure it meets your expectations. Hair4All shall be the sole arbitrator to determine if the package has been opened/altered in any way from its original condition and if it qualifies for a return.

We request our customers to bear in mind that no returns would be entertained for dissatisfaction related to texture, color, split ends or concerns that are typical of a natural human hair product. However, if you have any concerns or issues with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team. We will do our best to address your concerns and ensure your satisfaction. At Hair4All, we maintain very high standard of quality checks to ensure only the best quality gets delivered to you from our end. All our products go through multiple stages of quality checks and thoroughly inspected before shipping thereby ensuring customer satisfaction and delight.

  1. Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. We therefore request you to double check and ensure that your complete address with landmarks and contact number are updated in our records during the time of order placement.

We have tied up with reputed couriers to ensure that your package gets delivered to you safely and in a timely manner. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been dispatched by us, you will be charged Rs. 300 as modification, logistic & service charges.

Similarly, if a shipment is returned to us due to incomplete, wrong, unverifiable or untraceable address, you would be responsible for the same and a charge of Rs. 300 would be levied as additional shipping, logistic & service charges.

No returns will be entertained for refused or abandoned shipments.

  1. Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

At Hair4All, we do not offer refund or a direct exchange but are pleased to offer you a store credit for returned items that are in the same condition as they were shipped out within 5 days of you having received the consignment. Please be noted that a charge of Rs. 300 would be deducted as part of modification, logistic & service charges and balance amount would be issued back to you in the form of store credit. Store credit is a coupon code that would be shared at your registered email id and valid for 6 months from the date of issue. You can use this store credit for any of your future purchases.

Store credit is subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below:

  • Items purchased during a sale or at discounted prices are not eligible for returns.
  • Curly Hair Extensions, Toppers, Wigs and customized orders are not eligible for returns.
  • Courier box should not have been opened, the products should be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • Customers must initiate the return process within 5 days from the date of delivery. Customer to ensure that his order Id and contact details are clearly mentioned in the package sent back by him. Any return request initiated after 5 days would not be eligible for consideration.
  • As a part of the return process, customer needs to send a mail at enhancemylook@hair4all.in mentioning his order id and other relevant details. Customer to ensure the product is shipped back to Hair4All and courier tracking details shared with us within 5 days of him receiving the consignment, failing which he would not be eligible for any store credit and the shipment would be returned back to him.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product. Return shipment would be entirely the customers responsibility and Hair4All would not be held liable for any package that is lost, stolen, damaged or mishandled while the items are in reverse transit.
  • Hair4All would be the sole arbitrator to determine whether the goods returned by the customer are in their original condition and have not been worn, used, damaged or tampered with. In all such cases Hair4all decision would be final and binding to both the parties.
  • Returns and Exchange are not applicable for International orders.

  1. Updation & Cancellation Policy

Modifications in an order or the shipping address are accepted only when the same is communicated to us at enhancemylook@hair4all.in within 6 hours of placing the order. However, we cannot promise a modification in the order as our order processing starts immediately post receipt of the order.

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 6 hours of order placement. Please be noted that we do not have a refund policy and a store credit would be issued to you which you can use for your next purchase within 6 months from the date of issue of store credit.

Kindly note that cancellation would not be applicable for Toppers, Wigs and items bought under sale or at discounted price.
