  • Hair4All offers express shipping services within India.
  • Shipping charges are free for all orders above Rs. 1000
  • For any orders below Rs. 1000, there would be a nominal shipping charge of Rs. 150 to be paid by the customer at the time of order placement.

  1. Processing Time:
  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 week from the date of purchase.
  • You will also get a shipping time estimate on the product page at the time of placing the order. The shipping time estimates are indicative, and orders can be shipped earlier or later on a case-to-case basis depending on various internal and external factors. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange would be entertained for this reason. However, in case of an inadvertent delay beyond 2 weeks, benefits such as store credit for future orders might be allowed on a case-to-case basis.
  • Kindly bear in mind that holidays & weekends do not count as business days and should therefore be considered when calculating shipping timelines.

  • Express shipping within India generally takes 5-7 business days for delivery, depending on the destination.

  1. Delivery Issues:

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of consignment delays. You are therefore requested to cross-check and update all necessary information (address, email, phone no., etc.) needed to deliver your package. All our shipments are done via reputable carriers, hence If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address, customer unavailable or customer rejected the parcel, you would be liable to pay reshipping charges of Rs. 300

  1. International Orders (outside India):

The shipping charge for international orders would vary depending on your country. Any custom duty, fees or taxes has to be paid by the customer separately as per the respective country guidelines. Hair4All will not be liable for any shipments rejected by the customer and no returns requests would be entertained in this regard.
